We offer both one-time purchases and subscription options to make treat time easy and flexible for you and your pup.
When you subscribe to one of our treat boxes, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you choose — no need to reorder every time.
Your payment method will be charged automatically for each shipment, and you can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through the link provided in your confirmation email.
From time to time, we may offer special items (like limited-edition treat boxes) on a pre-order basis. This means you’re reserving a product that’s not ready to ship just yet.
Full payment will be collected at checkout. You can cancel your pre-order as long as it hasn’t been fulfilled. Once your order ships, it’s considered final — but as always, if there’s any issue, just reach out to us and we’ll make it right.
