At Shelby’s Barkery, we work hard to get fresh, tail-wagging goodness to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.
All orders are handmade or hand-packed with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated!
Flat-rate shipping: $8.97 per box for all subscription orders
Single treat orders: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
Free shipping on orders over $49 (excluding subscription boxes)
We ship via USPS or UPS depending on the size of your order. Most packages arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order goes out.
Our frosted treats are made with dog-friendly icing, and while we pack with care, they may soften or smudge slightly in transit during warmer months. To keep them looking their best, we recommend bringing your package indoors promptly upon delivery.
The holidays are a busy time for everyone — including mail carriers! Please allow extra time for order processing and delivery during the holiday season. We recommend ordering early to make sure your treats arrive in time.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We’re not able to refund or replace packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
