What day of the month will my card be charged?

All payments are processed on the 5th of each month. 

When will my box ship?

Your box will ship between the 10th and the 15th of each month. 

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course, you may cancel at any time, however we will miss you if you go. 

Can I purchase additional cookies and treats as an add on?

Of course, you may order as much as your furry friend would like. 

Are your treats all-natural?

Yes, we strive to use the best, all natural, humane grade ingredients. 

Can I return my subscription box?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the box, and being perishables we do not accept returns. 

Can I send the subscription box as a gift?

Of course, just fill in your recipients information and we will ship the box right to them.
